Introduction:

Everything that an organization does, involves a process. In every process, simple or complex, entails human, material, time, opportunity and social costs. Organization may lost valuable human resource because of process breakdown or process fatigue; human resource which could have been the best asset of an organization. On the same token, time is cost. The longer the transaction turns into action, the greater the cost it would entail, and far greater is the frustration of the teams on the ground who needs to fulfill a target across a close timeline.

This training is about how to improve your processes to take maximum out of limited resources without compromising on quality, productivity and controls.

  • Process flow to contain the problems and improve systems and procedures
  • Process Improvement Plan Development
  • Creating a Responsive Structure Preparation of the Process improvement Plan
  • Presentation of the Process Improvement Plan and actions
  • Team finalization of the Process Improvement Plan.
